On June 5, we attended the latest edition of Companial Connect CEE – a conference that brings together Microsoft Dynamics partners from across Central and Eastern Europe. It’s a key event for sharing experiences, best practices, and innovative solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. We’ve gathered the most important insights and announcements – here’s our summary!
Agentic AI – The Future of Business in an AI-Driven World
One of the most compelling moments of the event was a keynote by Petr Karásek, focusing on business transformation through AI agents. The presentation highlighted how rapidly the agentic AI market is evolving – with intelligent assistants not only supporting users but autonomously making decisions and taking actions across business systems.
According to forecasts:
- By 2028, over 1.3 billion AI agents will be active on the market
- By 2030, 33% of business applications will incorporate AI agents
- More than 15% of operational decisions will be made automatically
This is a true game-changer.
With Copilot Studio, businesses can already build their own AI agents – quickly, without coding, and with full control over security and data. What are some use cases? Lead generation, automated complaint handling, demand forecasting, and even marketing campaign performance analysis.
Microsoft is developing a full ecosystem of ready-to-use and customizable AI agents that can be deployed across sales, finance, HR, IT, customer service, and more. In just the last three months, users have built over 400,000 AI agents.
One of the standout examples? The Sales Research Agent – an agent that analyzes CRM and ERP data, identifies high-priority sales opportunities, flags risks, and recommends specific sales actions.
The message to businesses is clear: it’s time to automate not just tasks, but entire processes – intelligently and efficiently.
