Every year, Microsoft partners from across Europe come together to share experiences, exchange knowledge, and explore the future of Dynamics 365 solutions. Directions EMEA is the most important event for the ERP partner community, featuring product launches, technology updates, and real-world implementation examples.
This year’s conference took place on November 4–6, 2025, at the conference center in Poznań, Poland. The event gathered over 3,000 participants from multiple countries, all eager to discover the latest trends in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) ecosystem and exchange insights with other professionals.
IT Vision was proudly among them – our team represented the Polish market and shared experiences on the growing role of artificial intelligence in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
We invite you to read our recap of the conference and discover the key Business Central features announced during the event.

What’s new in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
During the conference, Microsoft presented a number of significant updates and innovations that – in our opinion – will have a real impact on the daily work of ERP system users. Below are the key highlights that caught our attention:
• New logo and refreshed brand identity
Business Central has received a new logo – not just a visual update, but a signal that it represents a system continuously evolving with new features and innovations. The refreshed visual identity marks a new chapter: a solution that is more modern, cloud-driven, and powered by AI.
• Cloud and global availability
Today, Business Central in the cloud already supports over 50,000 companies and is available in 242 countries (wherever technical or legal conditions allow). This confirms the impressive scale and reach at which Microsoft continues to expand the solution.
• Data localization in Poland and Italy
One of the most important updates for the Polish market: Business Central can now be deployed with data localization in Poland and Italy. This means companies that require local data centers and compliance with local regulations will gain greater flexibility.
• Quality Management module
Among the new features presented was the Quality Management module, which integrates quality control processes directly into the ERP system. It enables users to define quality test parameters, generate analysis certificates, and monitor product and component quality. For manufacturing companies, this can be a key functionality that strengthens quality systems across the entire production cycle.
• Agent Playground – AI agents in Business Central
Another exciting announcement is the Agent Playground environment, allowing users to build their own AI agents within Business Central. This functionality will support daily operations such as data analysis, process automation, and the quick creation of custom system extensions – without the need for extensive coding.
• MCP Server – integration with external agents
Finally, a new component called the MCP Server for Business Central has been introduced. It is designed to simplify integration with external agents and other applications supporting the system. This makes Business Central an even more open and flexible business platform.
What do the new Business Central features mean for IT Vision’s clients?
The Directions EMEA 2025 conference clearly confirmed that the future of Business Central lies in:
- Intelligent automation (AI and agents)
- Scalability and flexibility (cloud and data localization)
- Full ecosystem integration (ERP + extensions + quality processes)
At IT Vision, we are already planning how to put these innovations into practice – for our clients and partners.
If your company wants to take advantage of the latest Business Central capabilities, we have the know-how and are ready to help you implement a solution tailored to your specific needs.
