Agencja Nasienna Sp. z o.o. was founded in 2003. The organization brings together agricultural plant breeders, including foreign companies connected with breeding companies. It acts in behalf of breeders, focusing on organizing the seed market in Poland, combating violations of exclusive rights and preventing illegal trade in seed, with a view to measurable benefits for farmers, breeders and seed companies.
It provides knowledge on how to legally use varieties protected by exclusive rights, promotes licensed seed and provides information on how to use the agricultural derogation.
Agencja Nasienna wanted to implement B2B solution which will improve its managing of information in company, improve data access and communication with their partners.
Challenge
Agencja Nasienna wanted to implement B2B solution which will improve its managing of information in company, improve data access and communication with their partners. Fitting the solution to such demanding unique and special brand required full cooperation of Agencja Nasienna with implementation team and common finding of the solutions. As main goals of the implementation Agencja Nasienna indicated:
- Increasing possibility of servicing by an administration department controlled subjects. It should increase income from Agencja Nasienna services.
- Enable access to data exchanged in communication between Agencja Nasienna and its partners at any moment.
- Shorten time devoted to generating reports, constant printing and sending them – integration with indicated growers systems.
- Facilitation of communication in relations between Agencja Nasienna and its partners.

Solution
Considering Agencja Nasienna needs electronic platform for data exchange and for communication with partners was created. The platform was equipped with duo lingual interface with all the time access. It was designed to enable being used by even 10 000 users of portal.
The solution was integrated with Microsoft Dynamics - ERP system and with external system both used by Agencja Nasienna. They also proceeded integration of solution at Agencja Nasienna partners. The project was cofounded by European Union founds.

Goals and assumptions of implementation demanded by Agencja Nasienna were realized in 100% Realization was possible thanks to Agencja Nasienna commitment, good will for cooperation and also thanks to professionality, good communication and analytical skills of IT Vision team. There were also planned next steps of implementation, extending functionalities and capabilities of the system. Main functionalities, that Agencja Nasienna can use thanks to implementation:
- generating and downloading declarations for farmers;
- sending massages to users;
- process of exchanging data with processors;
- creating license agreements;
- importing and exporting reports;
- access to list of products
- generating debit notes;
- payment control of provided services.
