Challenge
Due to the dynamic development of the company, it was necessary to implement a system to manage the production of robots that would meet the increasing production requirements. It wasn’t the one and only challenge facing the company. In every robot produced by Autostore there are over a thousand items, which makes their production difficult and the risk of making a mistake is high.
As the main advantage of the RamBase system, AutoStore employees emphasize the ability to track transactions from A to Z. They also appreciated the comprehensiveness and quality of the implemented solution.
Solution
Considering dynamic growth of AutoStore and manufacturing complexity it was necessary to implement solution integrating all elements in one place. For the company it was also important that all data on the robot production process were entered automatically and on a regular basis into the system.
RamBase platform was prepared to support AutoStore in constant growth. Implemented solutions allowed not only for manufacturing management but also to manage finance and accounting.
The platform enables full control over manufactired goods, deliveries and shipping. It shows, in real time, changes in inventory, production status and delivery information. Because RamBase supports every piece of manufacturing prepared goods immediately go to the storage lists.
RamBase also supports accounting. It generates reports which are adapted not only to domestic but also to foreign regulations. Additionally, each invoice entered into the system is automatically concluded in reports. The platform's real-time operation allows for easy and precise checking of transaction statuses.
What is more in AutoStore was implemented transparent management system with possibility of overview of many data base from different countries. Employees can use the platform anywhere, which facilitates contact with people outside the company.
