20 Years of DSR S.A. – Knowledge Sharing and Inspiration
The 20th Anniversary Conference of DSR 4FACTORY brought together representatives of manufacturing companies, technology partners, and industry experts. The event served as a platform for exchanging insights and inspiration on how modern technologies support the growth of both industry and people within organizations.

Our CEO, Paweł Prymakowski, demonstrated how AI is transforming business operations and how manufacturing companies can practically use AI agents in their daily work. He explained that agents—intelligent, autonomous modules built on large language models—can execute entire business processes, from data analysis to order management and production planning.
Drawing from IT Vision’s implementation experience, he showed how AI agents support sales, logistics, maintenance, and production planning—automating tasks, reducing response times, and increasing efficiency. He also discussed the challenges related to implementing this technology, including data security, result validation, and building user trust.
As he emphasized, “the future belongs to collaboration between humans and AI agents.” In the coming years, intelligent agents will become an integral part of teams across many companies, supporting employees in decision-making and process execution.
